i am definitely going to try this recipe. I LOVE lasagna, but havent had it since starting my Keto Journey two years ago. I would never have thought of this on my own. The comment about the dish having so much protein it could be a OMD deal..yeah, that works for me ! BTW..my counters ARE not level. i have to compensate for it all the time. ( i live in an historic building built around 1880..nothing is level or square ! ) Thanks for the experiment and the inspo. !

All your candid honest conversations mean so much to all of us who have struggled with the same wt issues. Boy did I identify with your photo phobias! I trained my husband to photograph me as a head shot or chest up only as I too, carry my weight in my hips and legs. I always hid behind anything I could find, a car door, a rock, a person, peeking around a tree or a monument while on vacations, anything! And I never wanted to be in the foreground of a group pic bc it made me look even bigger than everyone else in the photo. I’d direct anyone taking photos to get on the far side of me so I’d be in the background. Oh how I can identify w/ hating photos of myself most of my life. But after losing about 125# on keto in last 20 months I now fuss hubby if he doesn’t take ENOUGH photos of me! Now I even photograph myself full body each time I wear a new outfit …yes I love dressing again vs dreading it so thank you again for your open candid bear your soul honesty. I love watching all your videos and I’ve learned so much from yal in my journey. You make it fun and humorous and don’t take yourselves too seriously. You’ve become a part of our family and my hubby will walk through the tv room and see you on it and say so what are the keto twins up to today? 😊I also want to say how much I respect yall for forging through and creating content no matter what’s going on in your life. I was so saddened to hear about your dad and your family’s loss. 😢 you truly have a fan base that grieves with you and for you. 🙏🥰 hang in there. We need you both. Allulose willl make things burn quickly. Try using a mix of serve, stevia, monkfruit or other. Combinations of 2 or more seems to avoid the aftertaste. Hope this helps with one of the problems.

I've made Lasagna with daikon and it is delicious!!! I cut the daikon into 3 inch pieces and use the mandolin slicer lengthwise so I get squarish pieces that I boil and use as lasagna noodles. I've made this several times and it is sooo declicious!!!

I am going to make this but keep it carnivore and not use any sauce, just cheese between the layers.

This looks good, I just use egglifes for my lasagna noodles and it works great, grain-free and pure protein. I also use them for enchilada casserole and lots of other things.

Dip Water on the fork before adding criss crosses on the top of the cookies and it shouldn't stick to the fork

These look so delicious. I'm in New Zealand and it is more difficult to get Hero so I'm going to try the pancakes. They look so yummy. We were in Hawaii last year and I tried Cinnabon. So good!!! Have you tried the air fryer cinnamon rolls from Low Carb love? they are good and worth a try for something quick :) I've only recently found you and subscribed. I really wanna try the Pancakes but i don't wanna buy Almond flour [I just know I'm not gonna use it all]. The flatbread recipe is 🔥🔥 and I make it almost every week. So I may attempt the pancake without the flour and see how it turns up

I had an old recipe that was similar EXCEPT that it also included Protein powder and a small amount of baking powder. I used unflavored Isopure brand. They were good and thicker like real pancakes.
